Digibet lets you sign in to your account from a desktop browser or a mobile device. The same username and password work across PC, Android, and iOS, so you can switch between devices without changing settings.
You need a registered Digibet account to access the personal area, including deposits, withdrawals, and account settings. If you don’t have an account yet, the login page won’t open the dashboard until registration is completed.
Open Digibet in your browser, tap Log in, enter your email and password, and allow cookies for the site. If it loops, close the tab, reopen it, and try again in a private/incognito tab.
Turn off Caps Lock, retype the password manually, and check you’re using the same email you registered with. If it still fails, use “Forgot password” and set a new one from the reset link.
Digibet still requires your password for the first sign-in on a device. After that, you can enable Face ID/Touch ID or fingerprint in your phone’s browser or password manager if it offers that option.
Check your spam or junk folder and search for “Digibet” in your inbox. If it’s SMS-based, confirm your phone number is correct in your account details and restart your phone before requesting a new code.
Try signing in with the old email first, then update the email from your account settings if you still have access. If you can’t, contact Digibet support from the help page and ask for an email change after identity checks.
That message usually appears after too many failed sign-in attempts or a security review. Wait 15 minutes and try again, and if it stays locked, contact support so they can confirm the reason and unlock it.
